I was there with friends in August 2021. House neglected and not sanitized; the rooms and bathroom in the basement are very humid; in one bathroom the bidet was removed (exposed pipes); dirty kitchen; a particularly dirty bathroom...we requested cleaning which was done with indolence; we disinfected and cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen; the garden would be beautiful if it were cared for, cleaned and watered; the pool was not clean upon arrival. The view is excellent and, as the host says, the sunsets are splendid.
