Traditional Tuscan-style Villa Ponente with garden and amazing infinity view to the Valley Valdichiana and Lake Trasimeno. Located on the eastern hill of Cortona in a charming area at 352 m. Just 1,500 meters from historical center of old town. The house is isolated and immersed in the green of the olive groves that extend as far as the eye can see but still close to the town, whose main points of interest, restaurants, supermarkets, important touristic places, shops and services are very close. AMSL sunny until late afternoon. Villa Ponente surrounded by the Tuscan countryside was completely rebuilt by using reclaimed materials from the demolition of an old house that was abandoned about two centuries ago. The Villa was erased from the city maps about a hundred years ago, but with love and stubbornness the current owners of Villa gave it new life and made those dream come true: modern construction techniques and the charm of ancient Tuscan houses come together perfectly to create a holiday unique.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a large dining room like those found in ancient traditional houses, and a welcoming and comfortable living room embellished with a beautiful stone fireplace. On this floor there is also a bedroom, a bathroom and another room, designed to accommodate disabled people or people with mobility difficulties who cannot climb stairs but wish to enjoy our cordial hospitality. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, finely furnished with Tuscan-style furniture and furnishings. Simple, pure, very cozy atmosphere gives you really warm feelings and opportunity to relax and enjoy. This is one of the most requested Accommodations on our site.

If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid; no penalty applied.
If the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid; no penalty applied.
If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid; no penalty applied.
